I just had to start over, its still hard to talk about it. but it is so nice to know that there is a place we can lean on,My son was just found guilty for something he did't do. He lost everything including
his daughter that he was mom/dad to for 7yrs. He hadn't seen her for 2yrs. before the trial, then the D.A. puts her on the stand, she saw him and couldn't talk,We had monitred visits for 3yrs if her mom wanted to let us.we still have them but she thought it was better not to see her during the trial, We haven't called for a visit. I was going to court to try and get weekend visit
and this is my question. Should I do it know since my son is appealing the verdict?
He received 25yrs. then life parole, and he never had a record not even a ticket on his record. He was send to Wasco a middle point then to where ever there sendig him. Now we received our visiting papers last wk. which we filled and mailed back, but he didn't sign them to varify that he send them, Will that delay the prosses? If anyone knows can you tell me? I will fill you in as time goes on cause it just fills good to talk and my family is so busy that I hate to say anymore. Plus we have 3 daughers(married with a family of there own) and one lives in Wa.ST,so we don't call that much, At times I feel like I'm in this alone, My husbnd works 12hrs a day so he's to tired to hear me out, so thanks for been here jen

We are glad you are here. That is what PTO is for. Just vent and it make you feel so much better. I am sorry for you about your son. Just keep coming on this site for help and to release your thoughts . You are not alone, rememeber that!

Hi There Just Wanted To Say To The Moms That Love There Childen No Matter What They Put Us Thought God Gave Them To Us And We Didnt Make There Chose In Life They Did Them Not Us But We To Get Sented With Them For We Go Thought All That They Go Thought The Pain Went There Love One Leave Them Or There Kids Are Hurting For They Dont See Daddy Or Mommy We Has Grandpa_moms Hurt For Them To We Try To Make Thing Better But There Is Just One Person That Can Do That Is Name Is Jesus So Lets Trust Him For Are Family That Is Going Thought All This.
