Can I scream??!!!
Damn these people! Interstate Compact got everything ok, but upon review found that a "Sentancing Journal Entry" (anyone know what this is??) was not completed by NCI where Frank is at. After finding this out I immediately called #1) Frank's caseworker #2) the unit manager #3) the unit mng. administrator --- well I spoke to thier voicemails any way. that was yesterday about noonish.nothing. no calls today. Left more messages today---nothing.
Frank calls tonight and asks if I was able to find anything out....says caseworker is in her office. So we hang up and I attempt to call. But now, the operator asks me who is calling. He then transfers me to her phone. I GET VOICEMAIL!!! Frank calls back to see if I spoke with her. Said she had been sitting in there the whole time!!!! I have spoke to the Investigator @ the prison before. Now I think the operators know my voice, they have never asked who was calling before.
To top this all off, Frank spoke to #1 and #2 today and BOTH of them said that I NEVER left any voice message!!!! I am just livid! They know damn well that I called!! When he told them what was omitted from the parole packet they said -- well we will have to wait until it comes back and check into it!!!!
Is there something I can do now? I don't want to cause major waves for Frank-- who knows what the hell they will do, or as thier history dictates--WON'T do. But DAMN I just want some f*in answers!!!

I just got off the phone with Dan Cahill from OhioCURE, he has given me some phone numbers and email addresses. He also told me that if I do not get a response to let him know and he would help. So let's hope I get the answers I want!!!

my fingers and toes etc. have been crossed all week for various reasons so now they have new muscles and are back at work for you...

Ugh....stupid people! CJ, you KNOW I'm rootin for the two of you! Everything is crossed and will stay that way until all is well! (hope that's soon, because my eyes are already bad as it is :D)

Well, to me this is a glimmer. I emailed the head of the Adult Parole Authority on Friday night and told him what was going on...blah..blah..blah. I was expecting to get a reply on Monday.I have gotten two e-mails back from him already! One yesterday and one today. And it isthe weekend. I am looking at it that 1) he answered 2) he answered 2x on a weekend 3) he cc'd me the letter he sent out to others requesting info asap.
I hope he is my answer.
Dan Cahill said to make mention of OhioCURE, so we will see where i get.
Tomorrow I am calling the parole office in Cincinnati to see who Frank's parole agent is. Hopefully they can tell me. Catch ya all later. Have a good night!

Well, my cell phone was ringing off the hook today (actually off my hip...) gotta love those vibrating batteries the make for cell phones now days :D
I recieved calls from everyone and their brothers today... I received two calls right off from the Interstate compact office saying that NCI had faxed them the "sentencing journal entry" late Friday ( after business hours) And NCI told Frank they didn't receive my voicemails!!!!! ( go figure) Ha.
The packet is now on it's way to Minnesota, they are also contacting Minn. compact office and asking that they treat this as an emergency transfer. Minn still needs a few days to check into things if they agree to this ( they do not have to) As soon as Minn contacts Ohio and says yep we are gonna accept him ( with him having job, family and residence here it is mandatory they just need to be sure he is not living in a cardboard box :) ) Ohio will issue a permit to travel and I can bring him home :D Harry Hageman said best case scenario 1-2 weeks.
But as I said earlier Minn does not have to agree to proceding as an emergency transfer, if they decide that it does not have to be treated that way it could take up to 40 days.
But I was told by Ohio to "work my magic" on Rose Ann Bisch, who is the compact admin here. That that wont hurt.
I just got off the phone with Frank, he is still convinced that they are all feeding me a line of BS. Damn I hate that he is like that...I am thinking that we are moving ahead and he is not believing it for a second. I am hopeful and he is dragging me down. That is his nature... always expecting the worst. Must be part of the opposites attract thing.
Now i need to find out if they are going to put him in a halfway house or not.
