:angry: I have not been able to get thru and make an appointment for visiting the last 2 weekends. I call it rings forever then just disconnects or rings into a busy signal. I call back and busy forever or someone answers and I hear silence:confused: :angry: Has this happen to anyone else? Is there any other way to book visits? It's father's day I would have really liked to take our daughter for a visit. He is in ad-seg and really looks forward to these visits. I called both numbers and the same thing happens 5023 and 5022. I've called and spoke to the operator they say the lines are working. I called yesterday morning and i know Im dialing the right number and I kept getting a different councelor's number everytime I called:angry: Im not crazy and can clearly see that im dialing the right number on my phones display! Help!

Yes, I went through this and I was soooooooooo angry! I would call and call and call. Of course I finally got through on Thursday and they told me I had to schedule before 4 on Wednesday. Boy was I angry. Maybe if they would answer the phone we could? The system stinks.

I finally got thru and got a visit =) whats up with there phone lines they suck if it ever happens again I will call the wardens office thanks suzi. i was telling the guy who answered about how i was getting councelor voicemails he goes thats's a first yeah right there phone system sux

Hi,the same thing happend to me,when I was there.Sometimes, they just dont pick up the phone when it is ringing.I saw that.I was standing in front of the officer in the office to make an appointment and he told me,go outside the visitinghouse and call me.I travelled from Europe and they made me call every week. Every time I was calling, line was busy. 4 weeks I had to go through this NERVOUS procedure. 8 times.I was just finished with my nerves after that.But there is no other choice than keep calling and be lucky.

But if you visit more than 2 times,than you have to call 1 week in advance for each appointment. visiting is 1day either thursday or friday and saturday or sunday. 1 weekday,1 weekend day. thursday `s are not so many people.anymore questions?

oh we all go thru this!!! start at 8 am and dont give up. its like calling a radio station. youre sure to get thru by 10 though. another option is, if you cant get thru on the weekend, try calling monday, tues, or weds for a visit for that weekend. the appointments are a little easier to make thru the work week. and if you need an extended visit be sure to write a letter to the visiting leiutenant in plenty of time to get it approved. i wish you luck.
