My son is still in county jail. He's been there since September. He was across the street at the annex and doing well until they moved him back into general population for no apparent reason the other night. Or at least we thought it was for no reason but we find out independently they did have a reason. His celly got sprung and he had ordered from the commissary. My son had befriended him when he first got there and gave him some coffee and lemonade so when he left he gave his commissary to my son. Before the commissary arrived back at the pod, a Black guy approached him and said the guy had left it to the Blacks. Then a Hispanic guy approached him and said he had left it to the Hispanics.. (I don't understand this racial stuff. It blows my mind how the prisoners, at least in the county jail "have" to stick with their own race. His best friend is Hispanic on the outside.) But anyway, they all had words but in the end my son shared the commissary with all in the pod. And they even made some concoction they call a 'spread'. Now come to find out this is the reason he was moved. I mean is he suppose to roll over when someone demands something of his so that he won't be punished by the guards? I'm understanding that because he stood up for himself and had a verbal altercation he gets punished.. It frustrates me to no end and then I get mad because my son could have prevented all of this by obeying his probation.. Here is what the guard said: Btw, what is "custody grade" if anyone knows?
I checked on Jerry ******* yesterday and County advised

Thanks for allowing me to vent..
