Does anyone know if Sussex I is on lockdown? My hunny hasn't called in over a week and that is not like him. I tried calling over there but I got the run around. If anyone knows anything please let me know!

My brother-law is there and he wrote a letter saying Sussex I was on lock down due to a stabbing there. I don't know if the guy died or not but I do know that he is scared sh**less. :eek:

Thanks for all the info Bunny..I found out on Saturday morning that they were on lockdown because I got a letter from Jason. He didnt say why they were or how long they were going to be on lockdown. I hope it ends soon! I sure hope nothing like this happens when I go visit him in July!

I got a call from my hunny on tuesday morning n he said he was still on lockdown. He didnt know who got stabbed or if the person was alive or not. Im in NY so I dont get a chance to check the newspapers. I dont know how my hunny called while he was on lockdown but he managed to get a call to me. If i hear anything else about this i will let u know.

Most things that happen on the inside of a prison don't reach the papers. Only if they Did............................ The prison system would be much better because they would be under the microscope of the public.

I dont live that far from Sussex, but I know they go on lock down alot. Nottoway does as well. So if you dont hear from them for awhile, thats the case. It's sad what goes on in there. I wish they would advertise. My husband is in the city jail for right now, and they just had someone "beat" to death...and im scared to death because he shouldnt be around that.
