I just learned via DOC web site that my husband's
cousin(the codefendant) has a TPM of June 2006. I was
SHOCKED to say the least since he was the one charged
with the vehicular homicide. He was sentenced to 15
and that makes him serve 3 if he gets out then. For thosw who aren't familiar with our story (www.freewebs.com/freedomfortheinnocent/) my husband was given 6 for agg. assault. SO my
question is does the PB look at all the aspects of a
case? I can not imagine him getting out before
Rodrick! Mind you we still have no TPM so I don't know
what is up. But I am praying this is encouraging but
with the DOC who knows! Anyone who knows the story
would HAVE to admit he deserves more time than Rodrick
so I would be pissed to say the east if he got out
first. Any thoughts?
