What are you wanting to know? What kind of info are you looking for? Are you wanting to divorce someone that is in prison? If someone in prison is wanting to divorce a free world person all they have to do is go and get an application from the law library and fill it out. If they have no money or havent recieved a lot of money on their books they wont be charged to file the papers. I have a copy of the divorce papers here. If you have a spec. question maybe I can look on the application and let you know.

Hello everyone, I am Jennifer my man is in a Michigan prison, but I live in Arkansas. I went to legal Aid for a divorce from my husband( not the guy in Michigan) and they denied me, told me virtually you had to be a battered wife, in fear for her life to get help from the state> They have very little funding and only help when it is what they call necessary. It sucks, I know I been seperated for 3 years from a man that abondoned my kids and I. Every time I get money saved up for the D, something happens. I wish I could help with more info, but that is all I have, I visited them in April of this year with no luck no help no nothing.

Is this something that you guys both want? If so, I have the necessary paperwork that I can email you if you'd like.

i know that Bethie boo started this thread, but I want in on this too. Filling out the proper paper work is fine and dandy but each county is different and if you do not do it just right you will loose your fling fee and have to start all over again. I want a D my husband has been gone for 3 years its something I need been quoted a price of 800, we will have to put an add in the paper and run it for 30 days and so on to even start it, not just the filing fee. Is not as easy as it looks and if someone watns to assist me I would more than appreciate the help, the suggestions the know how anything!

Ok, let me reword that, I have the CORRECT LEGAL paperwork that is necessary for an amicable divorce. It is to be filled out by both parties, then taken to an attorney to be looked over, then filed.
