Well he asked and I said yes...of course....and it looks like Aug. 14th 2004 will be our wedding day! I hope so. It can't come soon enough for me....17 years is a long time to wait :)

I have my engagement ring and I just ordered his ring on Sun. so all is falling into place.

mine and Joe's anniversary (...not wedding but...) is on the 24th of august! we want to eventually be married on that day. the day it all started!

Thanks :) I just sent off my paperwork today to be approved. He was sending his off today as well so hopefully we will get our date. The Chaplian seems to think we will. So that is a good sign. I am so excited....he is as well....it is so cute!

YYYYYEEEEEESSSSS!!!!! I just got off the phone with the Chaplain and we are approved for Aug. 14th!!! There was so much drama with this that we thought we were gonna have to wait until Oct. 9th BUT all our prayers were answered and it is happening!! I can't believe it! Now what the heck do I find to wear?? :)

OMG am I excited. He actually called me yesterday and I asked him if he was and said why would I be...made my heart drop. But turns out they never told him we were approved so he didn't even know!! Once I told him he was all excited. I imagine he is just as nervous and excited as I am.

I almost didn't have my ring. I had ordered his a month ago and it takes like 4 weeks to get them in. Well since we figured we were gonna do this in Oct. I didn't bother to order mine. Well after I got the call I went right over and ordered it but didn't think I would get it since the wedding was gonna be in a week. BUT today they called and it was in!! My jeweler pulled some strings and had them totally rush it :) Everything is just falling into place.
