OK, I emailed the DOC last week about Kennys time sheet..and guess what..they emailed me the mans time sheet...complete with Alais and Social security number....everything...

I was wondering if just anyone can get there hands on this?

Denise - you're kidding. Didn't know that could happen. The only time I've seen one is when Brian sent one to me...

Selena, they get a time sheet once a year (maybe twice? once I think) that outlines the time they've done, their next parole hearing date if they have one, any disciplinaries they have received, good time credits if they're eligible for that, etc.

of course we missed you! things have been so quiet around here lately

Brian Corrbett send me the WHOLE thing right through the email...I emailed them asking for it and lord behold...on monday there it was complete...with SS#, Alais, crime, lenght of sentence...everthing. I didnt tell them who i was or anything..i was surprised to say the least.

I just sent Mr. Corbett an email requesting one....I will let you guys know if it works for me....I didn't show any tah tahs...lets see if it will work.......

cember it states in alabama code section 13-87 that if an inmates family member shows their butt that the only thing they will then gain is a paddling!

im thinking that you should maybe back it up? lol

as far as them sending out personal info, they must have some privacy release right cause im able to access ALL inmates personal info directly through the states computers course i pay 75 a month for the company to have that program but still ive accessed joes ex wifes crap, and tons of other stuff.....point being, i can also (without even giving my name) call the courthouse and find out any case info i want unless its in the DAs office in which case i cant even get them to give me info on cause they flat out dont want to walk to the file to get the info not for any other reason. so i really think that it must have something to do with the old rule of when you commit a crime, you just told EVERYONE ALL your business.

Man, Sue...that is just crazy!! Lewis should be home with you by now....it's those idiots in Alabama DOC...I'm telling ya!!! I hope everything works out though...ya'll are still in my thoughts and prayers!!

Hey guess what! I got a time sheet today! And no tah tah's involved!! :D But now I don't know what all that info means!!!!:eek:

got mine today too. yeah. if you read down low on it you will see if your loved one hqs his good time. it has the short date or quickest he/she can be released and the latest date without good time. also if any disipline write ups. mostly stuff you already know but good to check to make sure its right info/ss/dates don't want em serving someones time and you want to make sure he/she is getting there good time

I guess I am screwed then!!!! Mines min. release says....2/14/08! He keeps telling me that he will be out before winter!!! What do you guys think????+

I got one today too!!!! But, guess what...I'm TOTALLY lost on this stuff. It's greek to me...really!!! :( Although...I AM a little upset with Mr. Kevin though...only thing I understood on the time sheet was his "crime" and well...it says nothing about his drug charge...has something else. Which...he had "told" me about that when I first met him...but didn't say they "charged" him with it. UGH...made me mad...looks like Kevin will get a mean letter tonight asking why he "with-held" this very important info from me. All I'm gonna say is....there goes him gettin' parole!!! :(
But...if anybody can help me understand what this whole thing is saying...please let me know...I appreciate it.

Cember...in a way...maybe it makes me understand it more but...see, he went to the SAME work release last year...and this was his crime. And I'm thinkin' that somebody on here said awhile back that if their origional crime was considered "violent" that when they violate parole...no matter if it is a new crime or not...they are STILL considered "violent"...right?? That's why I don't understand why Paul Whaley said he was denied cause of "nature of crime"...cause they weren't worried about that the last time they sent him to work release...ya know?? It just confuses me. I'm happy that Kevin told me the whole story when we met (and refreshed my memory last week when I had wrote and told him what Paul Whaley had said)...but I'm kinda mad cause he failed to tell me they charged him with it. I have thought all this time that his "crime" was possession w/intent to sale...when in fact it wasn't. But, I guess he'll be getting out before he makes parole since they are still what? 13 months behind?? In a way...that makes me happy...that way he won't be on papers again (is that bad of me???)
