It's been kind of quiet lately in the Arizona section. How is everybody doing? Enjoying this nice hot weather!? I haven't been to visitation in two months because of LOP but I am hoping to go this Friday (assuming someone actually answers the phone so I can schedule it....)

Seems even when things are going well .. they aren't! All of us are in a lose/lose situation. I've gotten more mail lately then I have in a long time .. but that is because he's in CDU lockdown now, and not working 14 hours a day as a porter. For everything that is good, there is always bad! Transfered to CDU for safety issues, but now our visitation are non-contact for a lousy 2 hours once a week (Tuesdays) .. I'm 200 miles away and work full time .. so like you .. visitations are going to SUCK until he is moved to another unit/yard where he can his rights can be restored. We are a lucky couple because he is actually serving a short sentence .. I can't imagine how in the world we would hang on for years and years.
I'm new to this site, but absolutely love the contact and the overwhelming feeling of closeness because of the common bond we all have.
Hang in there .. I'll pray for your LOP to be over soon so you can see your loved one.

Hot, hot,hot!! I am hanging in there. With every new day comes another emotion, its almost as if I make something bad happen because I stress on it so much.
So I am trying to make something good out of every bad situation.

I am getting frustrated waiting for ADC to finish negotiating the contract with Newton in Texas so I can get a plane ticket to visit my friend. After all the things I've heard about Diamondback, I'm wondering if he's better off there. Can't wait to meet him for the first time--he's been my pen friend for 2 yrs. Karen

I'm hanging in there. A good friend of mine (my roommate) recently moved back to Michigan for 6 months, so I've been really down. My husband & I have been having a few problems too, so I've been really struggling emotionally.
Misty's been cheering me up by having me over to her place to hang out at the pool, drink a few Coronas, and watch some movies. We are doing it again this Friday & Debi's going to come too!
