B-ray said in another forum that he has been looking for a translation website. There are many programs but they are very expensive.

A few years ago in the wonderful Cosmopolitan Magazine, I found a brief promo for a website to "fire off a flirty forgein phrase" Well I have used it many times since. I have written letters and translated them to Italian. He get a kick out of it. You can translate up to 150 words at a time from english or into english. The options are avalible in many languages. The only problem I have ever had is that it is very literal, so expressions can't really be used unless worded right. I'm sure that the same problem would happen if you bought an expensive translation program.

www.altavista.com/tr.

Just click on translate (it's on the top where it says tools)

Hope it helps break that languauge barrier.

Yes, Mara I know. And that's the language I was speaking of. (Dutch) But, there are issues that, for now, needs to be one on one, that has nothing to do, with me personally!

It is hard to paint a mental picture with words from the start, when English is a second language and not used in daily life. And even harder for one that doesn't speak the other language at all, to gain the feeling what is really going on with the other person when they are using English.

I do very well, I think, but sometimes I feel I am missing what is really felt, because English words are not known too express the true feeling.

I care very much about my friend, and would like to understand better.
