Hello my name is Shona' and my husband is in for armed bank robbery, conspiracy and firearm while committing a violient crime. I am so pissed off at this situation, he shouldn't be in there at all but he was with the wrong people on the wrong day at the wrong time. Can you believe that a jury found him guilty of armed bank robbery when he didn't have a weapon and he never had any money? He is in the bank, but all the tape shows is him standing there drunk. Nevermind the fact that when the two brothers and he had walked in he was in between the brothers who both had guns and when they ran out he was walking and one of brothers testified that his brother dropped money and that my husband didn't pick it up he kept walking and that he waited for husband to exit the bank before he left. I'm hoping we can appeal this decision because it's a bunch of crap. Nevermind the fact that the jury asked for the transcripts and they were told that they weren't ready. So being a Friday evening they decided GUILTY. :angry: We go for sentencing on June 21, 2004. Hopefully we will get some good news.

I have no ideas at this point...I live in Florida, but most of my family is in NJ..I was hoping to get some info on Fairton Camp...any thoughts.

Yes he is in federal custody, just not in a federal detention center yet.

Hi my name is Jennifer and my to be husband is in North Las Vegas detention center waiting to get transfer to a federal prison. Roger sentence is 51 months. I miss him alot. I do not get to see him because he is Las Vegas and I am in southern California.

my boyfriend was sentenced to twelve years for bank robbery with fire arm and that's with no prior convictions.

Well Dell was sentenced on June 21, 2004 to 130 months=10 years 10 months. He has just been transferred to Ohio awaiting his final destination. Hopefully it's somewhere not too far. I told him that if they move him south I will stay in SC if they move him North I will move back to Maryland (where I want to be anyway). Hopefully the place him where you will be, what ever is best for you! Did his lawyer/PD ask for a specific location? There is only Cumberland FCI in MD but there are plenty in PA and WV and it's not bad drives at all! Unfortunately, mine is in TX....surely not no hop, skip or a jump from MD!
