When is his T.E. date? If I am not mistaken he won't be released until then. If he is past his T.E. date, I would just keep calling them. My brother's T.E. date was last month and he made the board this month. My dad called them to see if they had given him a release date yet and they said that all we were waiting on was the parole plan to be approved. When he contacted the parole officer who will be handling my brother's case, he said they didn't have the paperwork yet. To make a long story short, when Dad called back up to Tucker, he was informed the papers were sent to the wrong place by accident. The man at Tucker then called Searcy and explained what happened and the people at Searcy called my dad and told him that they will be sending the papers to Walnut Ridge to the parole officer tomorrow. If I was you, I would call back to the institution that he is in if he is past his T.E. date and ask them who they sent the papers too and then I would call them about it.
