Hi Everyone,
Good news....my brother is being released tomorrow.
I will be there bright & early to bring him home.
Thank you to everyone for the support I received from
my PTO friends. But, I'm not going anywhere....I'll be
back to PTO to offer support, comfort & share the knowledge
I've acquired thru out this nightmare.
I am so glad that your brother was released and that you were able to meet him and pick him up- I really envy you!! Blessings to you both and all the best!

I am so happy for you both. Try to get some sleep tonight, or at least drink some really strong coffee tomorrow morning ;)

Thank you for all your kind words. He is now home with his family, and enjoying every minute of it. You all will have the same reunion soon, and I will be here to cheer you on. Just keep the faith.

Pat- Hope everything is going well for you and your reunited family. How is your brother dealing with it all?

He hasn't said very much other than he is very tired & isn't sleeping well.
His appetite is slowly returning to normal. To me he seems rather withdrawn.
ALmost like a scared rabbit out in the open field. I'm sure in a few weeks he will be back to his normal self again. I knew it would take some time to adjust ...at least that is what I've read from other PTO members. It helps a lot when you know what to expect.
I am glad he has a loving, supportive family to help him get used to the outside again- blessings to you all and keep us posted please -it does help when you know what to expect.

He seems to be doing better every day now.
Just happy to be home. :yay:
So glad he's doing better- does he want to talk about his experience?
