My husband had 23 months of parole left. He was served a misdemeanor dui a couple of weeks ago. He is in the county jail right now. His hearing hasn't been scheduled yet. I need whatever information or advice anyone can give me to help the chances of the board not revoking his parole. He has a lawyer. But, I want to do more.

My husband was sent to county jail on monday by his po for a dui a few months ago. he is awaiting a hearing. he has a lawyer. what can be done to increase the chances of him not being violated , and are there any alternatives to prison such as house arrest , suspended dl, community service , or a big fine? he has 23 months of parole left. any info would be helpful. thanks

you have 110% better chance of him NOT getting sent back than if he would have been caught with a firearm, you just need the best of the best when it comes to lawyers, i can help, maybe, if you let me know where you are

My Kenny is also back on a parole violation...it sucks...like your guy he didn't commit any new crime...dirty drug test..and "puff" he's gone again...really sucks big time. While then were holding him in the county we really believed that they wounldn't send him back "but" they did...parole revoked with reset. They told us that he would be sent back for one year to complete SAP. that was 23 months ago. He has complete the SAP classes but we do not respect to be reviewed by the parole board until around Feb-March of 2005 even thow his hearing was sent for october of 2003, he is violent offender and they are currently running 16 months behind...so go figure...we are just planning on his eso date of Feb 2006.

I wish you loads of good luck in his parole hearing, believe me is a real nightmare if they revoke him....
