B4 Kingston we lived in Oshawa for 8 years. I love that town n look forward to returning in the next year. My man should leave Bath in the next cpl months n then a short stay in Ottawa should cut us loose to live wherever we like (Oshawa). :)

Thats cool I have lived here my whole life (I'm 26). I find it very comfortable but certain areas are not so nice... Good luck with everything and hopefully you will get back to where you want to be soon. I have some time to go still.. My man's parole (1/3 if he gets it because its his first federal offence) is January 2008.

Ottawa here, my love was in millihaven then went to his mother inst to the ville and 4 days before his release date they picked up for something else, now he will be going back to the millhaven in around 1 1/2 months and from there not sure were he is going.

I am in toronto.....sorry but I need to vent about how 1 second life is good to now when it sucks, here's the story...So my fiancee finally got moved today and we were so excited to get our 1st touch visit in a year.....but then i got the horrible news I called the prison to book my visit and of course everything was too good to be true they told me I have to refill the forms out again...So of course I will not be able to see him now for at least 3weeks I was soo happy and now I am soo depressed..So I am guess as well they need to approve my phone number as welll hmmm Hopefully he'll be out in july when he goes up for parole...

I understand you 100% I am going to be going through the same thing all over again as they are sending him to be reclassified so not sure how long it is going to take before I am actually able to go and visit him, I always thought life would be better as i get older not harder and more complicated, I guess when they say that the love that stands the test of time is the love that will last is going to be the test for me and my man as we have been going through all this since 2006, my three kids are always asking when he is coming home, i am running out of what to say because when we thought he was coming home it did not happen.

Well I have some good news I heard from my fiancee yesterday so I know he is safe and sound but always with a positive comes a negitive and of course he only got 1 curtisy call* I'm a bad speller sorry* and they didn't even give him his calling card so now I can't talk to him until they give him his property....and I also went to Warkworth today to drop off his clothes and such and my visiting forms and PFV forms so hopefully they'll be approved soon and we can FINALLY HUG!!! This weekend is gonna be soo lonely as this is the 1st weekend in a while I have not seen him...but i know in the end everything will work out and we'll be able to have the nice house with the picket fence!!! Everyone thank you so much for your support!

my boy is in Pennsylvania and should be out within a month. He signed papers to get out today but then they said it was being extended for an unknown amount of time... grr they are so disorganized

I'm doing very well!! LOL My guy's been home for about 10 months now! :D He was in EMDC and then got transferred down to Maplehurst.
I still pop my head in here to try and help anyone else out if I can and keep up with some of the girls!
