The link above is for the "Prison Weddings" forum here on PTO. I don't know if they have specific information...but I would guess it to be the best place to look.
Sorry I could not be of more help!
Welcome to PTO!

Shelby 10-19-2004, 08:48 PM When my Ex-BF was in Roxbury, it took about 10 days after he submitted his phone list for them to activate it. Call T-Netix to make sure there isn't a block on your phone.
Shelby 10-21-2004, 11:17 PM Another thing I just remembered, he could only call every 5th day.
preciousjewel 11-22-2004, 07:12 PM Yes they do weddings at RCI - the inmate has to submit a request to the chaplain and send you a brochure which gives you all the information that you need for the ceremony.

KOACHAMAR 08-14-2005, 10:39 PM My brother is there any idea on what type of mail they can and can not have?
Thanks
Shelby 08-14-2005, 11:29 PM Not sure what you want to send. I know you can not send articles cut out of magazines, or talking cards. You can put stickers on the envelopes and those little glittery things on the inside.
tahmegurl 11-08-2005, 07:20 PM Anyone have a mail list?
mickey1981 11-17-2005, 05:53 PM I don't know what you mean by a mail list, I know they can recieve cards(non musical), letters and tons of pictures. Everything else really the inmates have to do. But you can put money into their accounts so they can order things from the catalogs.

susanndanny 01-29-2006, 10:36 PM has anyone heard of early releases because of overcrowding?
no1citygirl 01-30-2006, 07:54 PM susanndanny, I have a friend in RCI and will ask him next time he calls me but I haven't heard anything about it myself.....wouldn't that be nice though!
mickey1981 02-02-2006, 09:14 PM I haven't heard anything about anyone getting released early due to overcrowding. I know WCI(Cumberland, MD) is releasing some people to pre-release prisons(Central Laundry, etc...) a few months earlier than expected. Who knows, they may be releasing certain people! Good Luck and hopefully it's some you know!
no1citygirl 02-04-2006, 10:47 PM Ok, I just got off the phone with my friend in RCI. He said that he hasn't heard anything about early release but he knows that a lot of guys are going to camp etc. early. He also said that when new guys come in they are sleeping in the gym which he does not understand because he knows of at least 8 bunks open in his area. I hope this helps answer your question.
mickey1981 03-04-2006, 11:10 PM I haven't heard anything about guys sleeping in the gym! There aren't any beds in the gym. At RCI there is no "open housing".
Shelby 03-05-2006, 12:37 AM I know when my ex was there in 2001 they were housed in the gym, they were so overcrowed at the time. Not sure what the situation is there now.
jfleek 03-05-2006, 08:19 AM I think what you're talking about is that a lot of inmates are having thier time recomputed becasue of the new regulation about double bunking good days for those with non violent charges. If you have a non violent charge they have to go back in time and give them 5 days a month for double bunking and when the time is being recomputed its making the release dates earlier, therefore they're eligible to go to minimum or pre release security/institution earlier than expoected. Most of the institutions had a memo posted about this, or call his case manager to find out if it applies to him.
tracy74 03-07-2006, 09:08 PM ihave heard the same thing about the double celling or double bunking credits and my friend is at MCI-J. They posted a letter there to.
