so i call up to the prison as i was told i needed to by ADOC to verify that they had joes release paperwork for monday, i was told to call at two today (as we all know this is the last day the biz office will be in for me to talk to before i show up there) and i was told that the wardens of all prisons are at a meeting in montgomery and that the paperwork is being brought back with them on monday (IF THEY COME TO WORK!!!) and IF all goes as planned and his name is on the list then alls well....heres the kicker....im on a time restraint with the kids and school with exams....we have to be back here mon eve.....so i have to be there at 8 am not knowing whether they have his paperwork there or not....and dont have the option to stay in town another day waiting on them to get their act together.....sooooooo just goes to show that they will screw up anything they possibly can....yall will have to come get me out of jail from that town if the worst happens as i dont have the gas to just go down there for nothing....ill go batty on them....just ask my kids im gooooooood at being baaaad!

oh and btw, i DO have to dress visitation style....she said the reason why is cause i will be in the facility END OF STORY!!!

well i think we can all agree i was due to get my fair share of dumped on by ADOC, so far its been easy street for two years where they are concerned, nothing out of the ordinary has happened to me....so all the people that thought i was a phenomenon of a situation now can sit back and *snicker* at me knowing that im fixing to have to deal with this crap.....might sounds cool to go get someone out of prison UNTIL THEY TELL YOU TO COME ON UP BUT CANT VERIFY IF YOULL GET TO GET THEM OUT!!! phuueey, just my luck!

a friend of mine that knows im going to pick joe up (which most of my friends are NOT cool with him anymore) she is the only one, she said "what if you went there and yall spent the 5 hrs drive back falling in love all over again?" then she giggled......i said and what if i take a pair of pliers and yank all your teeth out? lol.....i sat and thought about what she said to me and yall dont know how badly i wish two years ago never happened so id have my joe still today....the trust is so gone that theres that wall up that just cant allow me to see myself in those shoes but boy do i miss the old days....

i know they have a seperate thread for visitation rules on dress code but i didnt see anything on ventress....what im wondering is does ventress have the same dress code as other facilities or is it different.....i can NOT believe im actually complying with this crap after avoiding it for 2 yrs AND my kids too.....they HATE not getting to wear shorts!! i just hate not being able to wear a tank, its all i wear in the summer months..that or a bathing suit!! anyway if someone knows the dealio on this will ya let me know...thanks

well i got to spend almost a week with him at our house...some old flames were rekindled and some wounds were atleast looked over i cant say healed i think it will take a miricale to heal them....but as of today he has checked in to the rapha house and will be there for a few weeks they jumped him straight to phase 2 instead of making him do the 7 weeks of of chemical dependancy classes so he can go to work and start sending money home....mr hayes said that they will only be taking 30% out for themselves and all the rest can be sent home....im not sure what the future holds for us but there is a very small chance that our family may one day soon be put back together....we will see, hope all is well with all of you have i missed anything?

honey im so happy things are going well! just take it a day at a time and see what happens. if it was meant to be, you'll know. if not, you're a strong woman and you can be happy on your own! we will be here to support you no matter what!

that last sentence has been proven true to me through all of the members support of me all along even though ive not allways spoke the highest of joe and the things hes done to his family...i do want whats best for him, and secretly i want him back in my life i just dont know if that will ever come to pass
