Well...last week (or this week...I can't remember)...I emailed Mr. Corbett (at the DOC) about Kevin going to work release (after I called the parole board and they told me it was the DOC I needed to talk to). Well, he emailed me back (shocked me....) and this is what he wrote:

"Ms. Cantrell,
This inmate is currently located at Limestone C.F. I don't have the information that you requested. Also I wouldn't be able to answer your request, due to security reasons.
Brain Corbett"

Well...I KNEW he was at Limestone (I put that in my email to him)...but I figured that would be their answer...that they couldn't tell me for security reasons.
But...I am thankful that he actually responded back to me...most people wouldn't do that...ya know? So...I guess they aren't ALL bad people....:rolleyes:

yes Mr.Corbett seems to do his job as information officer really well i email him all the time and he always responds quickly. i would like to have mr. whaleys email rain . i was told pdl is still used rarely though but its worth a try. good luck lena what about the visit

Haven't heard from him on the visit yet...I didn't get a letter today...but I'm sure I'll get one tomorrow (I better anyway...or Kevin will be in trouble! :) ). He said with that new job he's working...he hasn't had a chance to talk to the captain yet...but he put in a request to see him...I know one thing though..if I got a letter tomorrow and it said I could come see him Sunday...I'd be in HSV Saturday night at a room...in a heartbeat!!! :) He said something about...after this week, nobody will have a visit for 3 weeks for some reason...I don't know anything about that....never heard anything like that before!!!! :( So, if I DON'T see him Sunday (which I doubt I will)...I don't guess I'll get to see him until he gets to Hamilton and fills out his list there (if THEY even approve me....considering mine and Kevin's past with Hamilton WR).

Selena, visits at Limestone are 2 times a month, if a month has 5 weeks in it , then our visits will be 3 weeks apart. (the last week of the month no one will visit). we will visit on the 3rd week instead of the 2nd. this is confusing because it appears that visits are every other week, but it's 2 times a month only.

oh...okay!! That makes more sense than how Kevin put it!! :) He said "After this week no one gets visits for 3 weeks...cause this is the change of something they do every six months...or something." So...he just really confused me!! But, of course, my guardian angel came through and cleared things up for me!! :)
