MISSION:
Houses close security general population female prisoners, a female Probation Detention Center, and male medium and minimum security inmates.

HOUSING:
Nine housing units and one isolation/segregation unit. Each housing unit has 48 cells capable of housing two inmates per cell for a total of 96 inmates per dorm for each of nine dorms. The Men's Unit has four dorms capable of housing 150 male inmates.

my son got beat up bye the offcier called sert team , for no reason. they can him no medical till i found out 1 week later when he finey got to call. he beeb in pot for 45 days and fild he gravence paper worth and ask for a tranfer colser to home. and iv written letter all. no luck the warden is hearthless man a con freck ill so. the officer have came in om my son and threat and death theat he,s life. my son only 20 yrs old. my son tried a susiced attack last week and no one at the prison even called to le me no. i just called to see if is ok i call and talk with the counserl ever wek, but he want tell me the hole truth... the just that is in the same place ans is ok. that it, he has not called me and i hav not a leeter from him y=this week something ver fishy, and the want let my ex husaband see our son any more. he a felon. are there a way a gitting around that; please any advice is need, worried mom:mad:

What has worked for me in getting my BIL transferred closer to home, has been contacting the DOC in Atlanta. The person who I have talked with is named Mr. Wazniak (sic?) and the number is: (404)656-4987. Please note that an inmate at his present location, must be there more than 90 days before they will consider it.

Wow, ok...I can't believe I am doing this. I have someone from my past who is currently at Washington SP. We were engaged before he went back in in October 2003. When he went back in, I couldn't deal anymore, I had to take care of me. Anyway I am older and wiser and despite all that we went through I still consider him a good friend and I would like to know about his well being. Can anyone get in contact with Jerry Johnson at Washington SP and let him know his old fiance is wondering how he and his family are doing. In case he's had several since then (and I really can't post my name here right now due to my past employment, which is why I really don't want to write him first either), I was 18 when we met, I was in school at Spelman, his niece Xhosa used to braid my hair and the last time he saw me I was living off Howell Mill Rd. I would love to get back in contact with him and build our friendship again and wish him the best.

My son is at Washington State Prison it's located in Davisboro, Ga. Well it's just like all the rest you get to visit 9 to 3 if it don't get crowded. The vending machines are high. No cash money all change in a clear plastic bag. They do a good search of you also you have to take off your shoes. They make sure you have nothing in your pockets so make sure you clear everything out your pocket and leave in the car.

My uncle is at Washington State Prison and they treat there them really bad!!!! They only feed them twice a day but the meals are hardly nothing. The guards are really bad and the warden is a complete jerk! Write me if you need anymore info on the prison!
