just got off the phone with p&p they told me rebecca's hearing date is scheduled for july 20th. that willbe the same week she should finish her sap so hopefully no prayerfully she will get to come home to us on july 26th if it's true that they release them the monday following the hearing. thanks for everyone's prayer's:thumbsup:

dont hold your breath for that date.....it all depends on how shes released...joe was sent to a halfway house and he is getting out relitively quick however its about a month after he was granted....just remmember to push hard for them to process her paperwork after shes granted...good luck

missnu this is her first time even to be jailed the worst she ever had as far as dealing with the law was 1 speeding ticket and it was thrown out. also i talked with cynthia dillard b4 she was trans. from county, explained everything to her. after she looked at her file a few days later she e-mailed me, she told me she wouldn't be there long at all. and i do stay on p&p practicaly daily
