Ok ladies first off I want to thank you all for your prayers and thoughts and comfort. I do appericate them all. And God's Will has been done, Mike was denied. I am in tears about it but I know it is for the best God knows what He is doing apperntly Mike is not ready to be out here and be clean and handle all that is going to be going on in his life. But I prayed for what is best so I thanked God for it being deined even though it still hurts. I would like to ask you all to pray for Mike please, he is having a hard time right now, His mother called me this weekend and told me to telll him not come knock at his door when he gets out she wants nothing to do with him( he should of got that letter I wrote him about what all his mom said yesterday and now today the parole was denied so he need our prayers) Thanks ladies for everything I love yall so much. You are my family.
I have a question about it being deined..... It says "denied with recess" what does that mean? (Selena had to call the number for me I never could get it to go through I don't know what the deal was but she got through and it says "denied with recess" nither of us are for sure what that means, Selena said maybe he needed to take classes or something) If anyone knows please let me know. I just wanted to post on here, Brandy...and tell you again that I am so sorry...and I'm here for you...always!!! And...you already know that you and Mike are still in my prayers...and you will always be. And...I hope somebody can let you know what they mean by the whole "recess" thing....Lord knows I'm clueless on it!

girl im terribly sorry, i do trust God though and know that hes got special plans where this is concerned....joe got denied and i thought it was the end of the world for him and so did he....however, it was merely a month later and he was back up and granted so just know that its all for a good reason....btw, how much longer did you say before he EOS and how long has he been in.....girl if its late and you want to gab about it, no matter here im allways up till like 3 am anyway....would gladly stay up to listen to you vent about it....ill say a pray for ya and ask God to send 9 angels, 4 for each post of your bed and 4 for his....and one to touch both your hearts in a single moment....(((hugs)))

Do you know what he denied with recess means? And thanks for sending angels to us that is sweet and letting me know you are here. I have stopped crying for now at least, I am just dreading his letter when he writes me about this.

joes EOS was nov 2005 too....he went in two years ago today....and will be out on monday...i have no idea what recess means....sounds like they want him to have a day on the playground before they let him out....just try to envision that and you might *giggle* a bit

Usually It Will Say A Date If Another Hearing Is To Come. When Jimmy Was Denied It Said With Reset Which Is Reset Of Date. Could Be Reset And Not Recess. I Am Praying For You And Sending Hugs Your Way

What you heard was not "recess" but "denied with reset". Means the same thing as when the guys say "set off until..." Basically means it has been denied but will be reset for hearing in X amount of years (he will learn how many when he is notified - usually it's a two or three year setoff for most people). He will likely be given a date in the future when he is officially notified with the results, but as you know no one in Alabama can count on any dates these days (seeing as how Brian's was supposed to have been a year and a half ago almost). The automated system will not likely give a date until it's getting closer to the next hearing date again.

Sorry again about the bad news... will hope for a short setoff...

LOL, ragland...Brandy just pm'd me and told what you said and I had to come and read it. That would be a sight wouldn't it...to send a grown man to a playground for a whole day...and make him play for hours on each "thing" at the playground...and then let him come home! Knowing Kevin...he would enjoy it to much and beg them to let him stay at the playground for another day!!! :)

Thanks Lysbeth. Mike said that the lady at the SAP dorm told him if he got denied this time, to put in to be moved into the SAP dorm and take some classes for like 8 weeks and then they can get him in a halfway house and he said they would put him back up when he done those classes. I don't know this is just what he wrote the other day( we were looking into halfway houses for his homeplan and he went to SAP dorm and that is what they told him) Mike is in for receiving stolen goods, but he is an addict so I am sure him taking those classes will be good for him( I don't know why he wasn't taking them already he makes me so ill sometimes, I have been telling him to go to NA meetings and taking classes with SAP and get his GED but he hasn't yet and it's been 4 months, he says he is going to NA and CASA meetings but I think he just started those) all that is a reason I am handling this denied thing ok because I don't think he has done all that he needs to do to stay clean.

very good reason yall dont know....biosilk is an accent chinesse secret....nah just messin with ya....biosilk is the greatest thing for being wihtout a man....lol and no its not x rated my daughters use it occasionally....its this incredible feeling when you put it on like a blanket of silk wrapped around you....its put out by FAROUK systems....silk therapy....you can use it like lotion or use it as a cuticle softner or use what its intended for to condition your hair....its a bit much for me to use on my hair cause its TOO much silk...lol....but you can buy it from your hair dresser or at costco not sure where else sells it....but yall should try it out and let me know how you like it its an amazing experience.....but dont EVER use it down there, my sis did and she said it burnt her like wild fire....i asked her why she used it down there.....then there was a long awkward silence then i said, nevermind i dont even want you to answer that one...lol

miss n u that does sound NICE. Mike always loved rubbing lotion on me when giving me a massage or just to be rubbing me. Man I miss that so much, I will have to try to find this biosilk I want to try it out, and of course wait on Mike to rub it on my feet.

And Miss....you THINK we're missing something!! I think we both know our minds are GONE!!! I am very proud to sit up on PTO until 4am...then go crawl in my bed...and hug up to my shirt...or are you talking about MY shirt!!! :) Either way...it's okay...I enjoy it. For real though...I'm usually here until 4am...don't fall asleep until 6 (or later)...and sleep ALLLLLL DAY LONG!!! Wake up around 2 or 3 or 4 or.....ahhh...never mind. Ya'll get my point!!!

yes dear i sleep like till 11 before i can function too. finally put my shirt up through didnt smell him anymore smelled my perfume nd i knew how i smelled but doesnt stop me from kissing his cute pix all day and i cant say all the other crazy things i do cause you already know i've gone absolutely nutty.lol so i cant help u prove your case and i am getting better cause now i can go to sleep b/t 12 and 1. i thik cause i know at 9 am he will be calling.but he better hurry and come home cause i wont say how much the phone bill is , just that i cant afford it. but im smarter than u cause i found out what biosilking is 5 minutes b 4 u lena ha ha.

I'm so sorry that Mike was denied. these things happen for a reason sweetie. we don't know what they are but somehow in the end it all works our for the good. the programs offered at Limestone have been very helpful for Lewis. he had to go to prison to get his life together and get his priorities straight. I honestly don't believe he would be alive today if he had not gone to prison and got into those programs. I hope that someday, you will all get to hear his story.
reset could mean that once he completes sap, they will reconsider his parole.

I'm new here but i want you to know that i'm here for you. We are all helpers to one another different crime but same situation point blank. Our timing is not God's timing.. Thanks KP wifey, your words are so sweet and true. I do feel better today I know that God has plans and I am patiently waiting to see them. Mike is a long time drug addict so I figure it is going to be good for him to take those SAP classes and whatever else he needs to take. He says the Lord has plans for him and God's Will is what Mike was praying for, we both know He will do what is best. I sure hope when Mike gets out he will lve a clean life, he has 3 kids that he hasn't seen in 2 years they live in another state with their grandma(his exs mother) and his ex was in jail 2 years ago for drugs too. I pray for those kids a lot. They didn't ask to come into this world with both parents being addicts. One of them needs to get clean and take care of them kids or at least see them.
