Here i go again help. some one told my husband to find out he thinks he is eligible for pdl. what is this and does anyone have experience with this. i hear it helps get you released now i know who to talk to Karen Flack but dont have a or anything help. I havent ever heard of pdl but maybe one of these very smart ladies can help you with that.....they always help me with my questions no matter how dumb I think the question is!!No I havent got to visit my husband..I have had some very bad luck the past couple weeks with cars..I have 2 an 89 and a 94 and the 94 ran hot with me the other day and has a blown head gasket or maybe worse a cracked head....a few days later after taking kids to school I heard a noise in 89 and it has a water pump going out and all this costs so much to pay someone to fix...really stressing me out not seeing him plus all this other stuff with cars and bills...guess God is really testing me....I miss my husband very much but talking to him on the phone at least once a week helps....I just pray he will get a parole date by October and after 3 trys he will get paroled! Hope you are doing some better. I know exactly how you feel and your in my prayers also!!!!! lisa!!

no sweetie, the only thing we heard was that he was not one the list to leave this coming monday but could get the papers in before friday. I'm getting very upset over the b/s but what can I do? I've harrassed everyone in both states.lol
I don't know what pdl is, but if someone doesn't come along that does, I will check into it for you. what you can do is e-mail Ms. Flack and ask her those questions. her address should be on the parole board web site, click on "meet the staff" and their e-mail addresses are under their names.

E1950 its not parole its doc so i am not yet getting my hopes up u know the drill. i am going to call the doc # tomorrow i was just trying to get a heads up. Have you emailed Segrest at the board yet

I have e-mailed Segreast but he will not return an e-mail. I called him several times but he has alway's "just stepped out of the office".I left my phone # but he won't call back either.

Hey, girl!!! I'm hoping and praying Kevin goes to WR soon, too. I'm giving up on understanding the DOC or anything they say...he was supposed to have left 2 weeks ago!
But, I don't know anything about the PDL thing either...I've never even heard of it!!! Sorry...I hope someone can help you though...for real!!! :)

Ok guys got the answer my son knows someone who did 20 yrs he can tell you what anything is. its sort like sir where your released early,wear a bracelet and they call and check you nightly at 9 you can only go to work/home. its not free not sure of the fee. last till the end of your sentence which has to only have a short time left. i am going to call tomorrow but i am scared to get my hopes up yet. i will let you know

well guys got some answers, get this spoke to someone at doc who said pdl whats that??? My first oh oh then she connected me to someone in classifications who says o pdl we havent used that in 6-7 years. our luck. someone inside told him about it then someone outside told me about it. how funny so yet another quick let down but the funny thing is i still havent found out what pdl is. another thing thats crazy i found the number from the parole site. so do you mean to tel me in 7 years they havent updated the information. so its back to the ole drawing board. i had sent about 4-5 emails to people in the doc about it and not 1 bothered to answered and say he cant have pdl cause it doesnt exist anymore or was asking for a reply too much

for the good it does found out. PRE- DISCRETION LEAVE = leave with permission for school or job before eos must be within 180 days of eos. and i got a email from someone today who gave me a name of someone to speak to bout it so maybe it is not defunct. will let ya now

YEAHHHHHHHHHH we all know what PDL and biosilk is!! we are smarter than i orignally thought....and yes they do still have it but VERY few get to use it due to cost....the transmitter is VERY expensive
