Ladies I am a nervous wreck as you know Mike was up for parole today ok this is the thing I can't get through on that toll free number. I get to the press 4 and it comes up thank you then says enter the AIS # and well guess what it kicks me off right as it says that. What do I do I want to find out what the result was if anyone of you have suggestions please let me know.Thanks so much for all the prayers and comfort.

i called and spoke with a live person.....maybe you could call them and tell them you are getting disconnected and in your sweetest voice as them if they could look it up for ya.....let us know im excited to find out....but call soon so they wont close down on ya....i called that same day i think it was a thursday so just give it a try, cant hurt

they im sure are closed now, but i called the main number.....get this a friend of mines husband came up for parole and she was dying to know that day instead of waiting till fri.....so she called the victims unit and told them that shes not a victim but an ex that is seriously concerned cause she hadnt kept contact with him all this time but was curious if someone could let her know and the lady said hang on came back and said he was denied....sad for her but shows you that if you are cleaver enough you can get around any rules....lol

yeah i called the number for victim about 4:30 but when I got connected to inmates being moved no one aswered so i figured they were closed. This sucks I want to know so badly I have already called that 888 number since 3:30 and it does the same thing. I am going nuts I have been handling this all well until I coudln't get a hold to see what the result was. I am searching the internet now to see if it is a public record or anything but no luck yet

do you think its your phone doing it....want me to try...if so send me his info and ill call for ya, send the number too cause i dont have it with me right now

i called and got the same thing...number 4 is the last thing you get to do....isnt that the luck girl....thats the same luck i have, anything i try to do...others have easier time doing, not me...

yeah I am the same way. E1950 said it is doing the same to her so who knows but I am not giving up I am calling the number all night and tomorrow morning too. Thanks for trying though.

least it gives you something to do, just imagine if there werent even a broken automation thingy to call...lol

I called just now...just to see what it would do...and Kevin's info came through. It let me put in the AIS# and then...gave me the options. I just "pulled up" the facility he's at (cause it don't say anything on the others)...and it worked. So...if anyone is still tryin' to get through...try, try, try again!
