I can tell you just about everything there. My guy's been there since January. What exactly do you need to know?

It's not too bad there, I guess. Though he's been in mediums that were nicer and had fewer restricitons. :nono: For example, when having your picture taken, he can't hug you or put his arm around you; you can only hold hands. :rolleyes: He can only make 2 calls a day, morning and night, and he has to sign up for those. So if the list is full, you don't get a call. :( I had gotten so used to regular phone calls but, not anymore.

Also, it is the only minimum facility in Wisconsin that has an electric fence around it! YUCK! :argh:

i do not know alot about oakhill except that they are slow with getting the people moved out of there. they told my man he would get out. goes to the parole and they deny him. twice that has happened. i have not been there yet. i have been waiting for my man for five years now. and i am still waiting all for a car theft. yes it is a crime. but 5 years....
i moved to minnesota and i am hoping that will not effect him being able to come home.. if anyone can give me any info on that please leave a thread...
