Hey everybody! It's 6am and well...I still haven't went to sleep yet! :sleepy: (can't sleep at all...got to much on my mind!!)
Anyway...I was browsing through some threads last night and came across one talking about work release. So, my question is: When Kevin (finally) gets transferred...what all will he be able to take with him when he goes? In that thread...they were saying they can't take their envelopes or stamps with them...just the mail they had recieved and pictures, cards, etc. they had. But not their paper, envelopes, or stamps! I was wondering about that cause just last week (or the week before) I sent Kevin like 50 envelopes...2 things of paper..and 2 books of stamps!! :yuck: Will he be able to take them with him?? If not...is there anyway he can send them back to me and then me send them to him once he gets to Hamilton??

why don't you call the prison to find out what he can take with him when he is transferred to work furlough?

Hi Selena My boyfriend is being transfered right now from Limestone to Hamilton WR and they are letting him take everything that he has including pictures,letters,stamps,paper,envelopes,etc....so I guess it might just depend on were he is at. Hope I helped ya some!!! I have a question too..... Do you know how long it will be when after he gets transfered when they will be able to start calling and stuff again haven't heard from my boyfriend in about a week and don't know how much longer I can take it without hearing his voice!!!

My son was transferred and he was able to take everything he had too. He also was able to call as soon as he got there but I didn't know that because I had private call reject on my phone because of sales calls and it just so happened his calls when they came through did not display a number so they was being rejected. Anyway got that took care of only to find out ATT&T and MCI had blocked all collect calls coming into us because we chose Bellsouth and not them for our long distance carrier. That was a mess to clear up. Hope this isn't what is going on with you.
