Hi does anyone know what mail order catalogues can be ordered from for sending to Michigan prisons. I know about Jack L. Marcus, he sent me that one, but as far as shopping for xmas I was hoping for more choices :) .

Hi! That is news to me that we can order anything, so I'm glad you posted! I hope that if you come up with any more information or ideas you post it for us. I was told(inaccurately, I think) that I can't order anything for my bf from the vendors, except books. HE has to order clothes or whatever for himself.
I think this may be wrong though because they also said I could only order books from certain bookstores/publishers (who were remote companies without websites) and they said that Amazon was NOT on the approved vendor list. However, I ordered from Amazon anyway and it got through.
Does this Jack L Marcus have a website that you know of?

Hey guys, I think it's JL Marcus. I don't think we can order for them, can we? My husband can order from JL Marcus and JC Penny's. I think another one too, but he told me last weekend that that one is changing to a new vendor. If we can order for them let us know on here.

Well James sent me the new Marcus catalogue and not much in there but its apparently good till Feb 20th, so give it a try, and if you can't get a copy then I will scan it for you and email it to you, let me know.

Oh to Fed, I dont know actually, just some mail order thing that does prisons. I just know its approved for their prison but I dont know about others. Let me know if you want me to scan it, its not very big, just about 10 pages with the order forms.

I guess I should read all replies before typing anything and Im working my way upwards. Ok I tried to find a website but only stuff they do for nurses clothing.

I don't know about any of that stuff...lol... Dale is in a level 5 custody in Baraga, and they aren't allowed anything except for magazines and books (from the publishers).
