Hey, Arizonians! I would like to plan another get together for some time this summer & would like to see a better turn-out. I would like to know what freetime people have this summer & plan so that this function doesn't interfere with anyone's visitation, vacation, or work schedules. Please post on this thread if you are interested in attending.

Edited to say...Anytime is good for me. I usually visit down at Safford once a month or so (it's a long drive :( ). But, I could work around most anything.

im in this time as well, i also have a few girl friends who are not pto members, but their ol'men are in prison, so they are in our same boat as well. ill bring them along. as of rite now i can work around whatever i need to, so hopefully it will be sometime soon. cuz i dont know what it will be like after to much longer

I will plan it with just us, if no one else responds this week.

I would love to say I'm in! I already feel so much better just being able to talk with people who understand how I feel. Problem being .. my work schedule fluctuates so drastically. I'm a product consultant for a software company and as of right now .. I'm in state for the next two months then gone basically for the 4 following that. Please post the date and time and I will certain join you if I am able. I live in what I refer to as BFE but work in Tempe. I'll check the posting later for details.

Ok ladies, here's the plan. Late afternoon/evening - lets say 4:30PM (because of everyone's visiting schedules) on July 10th at the same park. There are BBQ grills, a basketball court, sand volleyball area, playground, and concession stand w/ alcohol.

I would love to come and meet everyone! I am new to the whole PTO thing, but everyone sounds really cool and I would love to go! Please someone PM me with the directions to the Park and such. That really does sound like fun! My friend who isn't a member of PTO also would love to come, as her guy is in prison too.

OK. Today is the 17th and no one has solidified this date. No one has volunteered to bring anything and it's just not coming together like it did last time.
I think we should postpone it until we get a better response.
