My nephew's trial starts on Wednesday. On the county clerk's website they upgraded his charges to murder with specifications and weapon under disability. All this really means is that you have a PD and your gonna die. They are seeking the death penalty for him and I really don't think that I can sit through the trial and watch it all happen. What should I do? I know what I should do and what's expected of me, but really, this kid is like my own kid and I can't honestly say that I can sit through the trial and come out with a fairly decent attitude about life in general. Any ideas anyone?

Lisa, I am so sorry to hear this.. I don't have any real advice for you.. Reassure him that you love him and you will be there for him!!!! I will keep you and your family in my prayers!!!

It's just like we're all walking around in a fog right now. The boy that was killed was his friend and they arrested him because his prints were found in the kids car. I know that my friends have their fingerprints in my car. Does that make me a killer too? I just don't understand it all. Cincinnati police are not the best.

Oh girl, don't get me started on Cincinnati police!!! That is where I'm from, so I know exactly what you're talking about.. they are the reason my baby is in prison!!! That is their only evidence?? That is crazy.. how many other fingerprints can you find in someone's car.. rediculous I tell you.. it's hard to have a fairly decent attitude when dealing with the police there.. just try and remain strong!!! I really hope everything works out for the better.. I will keep you all in my prayers!!!!
