My husband was sentenced to 120 days (after his time credits) and he has been there for 16 days. He is getting half time and he did 40 days in county before he was transfered. This is our first experience with Prison, no one will tell me his release date. They say he might not even know until the day they release him. Is there any way that I can find out? He is in the reception part of the facility, how long does he stay there. Can anyone help me? Thank you, Lynne:confused:

He's on a turn around. He will likely get released from reception - and they are right, he may not know till that day.

He must have been in county a long time... only 120 days. Sure you're calculating right?

Usual minimum for most is 16mos... County time is, to my understanding from here... day for day credit only.
