I Don't Mean To Appear To Be Dumb, But What Does The Home/job Plan Consist. What Do I Need To Do To Put This Together?

Don't feel dumb I am new to all this too. All I can tell you is the home plan is where he will be living when he is released they check the homeplan out before they release them from what I understand and make sure he will be living there and all that . I am not sure about the job plan. I hope someone will be along soon to help you. I am sorry I am not much help. My man's homeplan is a halfway house and we have to wait on the parole board to approve him then we have set up the halfway house. SHE HAS JUST GOTTEN THERE. THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO START ANOTHER SAP JUNE 1st SO HOPEFULLY SHE WILL BE IN THAT ONE. SHE IS COURT ORDERED AND AND FROM WHAT SHE HAS LEARNED COURT ORDERED SAP GO TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE PROGRAM WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN PROCESSED. THE HOME/JOB THING IS SOMETHING I JUST TOOK THAT YOU HAD TO HAVE READY BEFORE YOU WERE PAROLED. SO NATURALLY SHE WILL BE COMING BACK HERE WITH ME. TALKED TO PAROLE OFFICE TODAY. THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD SCREENED HER ALLREADY TO BE ON THE JUNE DOCKETT. DOES THAT MEAN ANYTHING THAT THEY HAVE ALLREADY SCREENED HER. HER CRIME WAS WENT TO 2 DIFFRN'T DRS. 19 DAY'S APART AND ACCEPTED ANOTHER PAIN MED. EVEN THO IT WAS A MUCH MILDER THAN THE FIRST.

not sure what you are meaning about the pain meds (not thinking that the DOC cares about that) but will she have a job to go to?

are you saying that your wife went to two different Dr's and got two different pain meds?? she is serving time for this?! the parole board wants to see a home plan and a job plan when she comes up for parole.basicaly, they want to know that the inmate will not be recieving state assistance. one thing you can try is to call the dept. of labor in your area and ask if their is any work programs for parolees, you can also call those temporary job agency's and ask them about a job for her. best wishes for a speedy return home to you.

im not totally understanding her charge, cause there is nothing illegal in going and getting more pain meds from a doc there has to be more to that story just not sure what.....but what you have just described is not illegal at all.

If Your Are Under A Contract With A Dr. Who Writes You Pain Meds And You Go To Another Dr And Rec. Pain Meds. Innocent As It May Be You Have Commited A Class C Felony. The Only Thing Is The Da Lied To The Grand Jury By Saying She Got The Same Pain Med And That She Didn't Get It From A Dr. We Did Not Know About The Lie Untill She Plead Guilty To A Lesser Charge And Was Sent.

k, i go and have gone to the pain management clinic for 4 yrs now. the DEA stays on top of the docs AND us patients so i know for a fact what my rights are as ive recently had surgery on my hand and had to have a higher strength pain med given to me and they gave me the choice bettween having my pain management doc monitor my pain or they themselves....nothing ive signed signs away my right to choose a different doc. we have had this discussion before (my pain doc and i) and he told me himself that the only way someone gets in trouble for such is if they have signed away their rights.....i can go get pain meds from a hosp tonight and the next day from my doc and theres nothing anyone can do about it. if i get crazy with doing it it becomes a legal issue but they cant just take everyone to jail that has more pain meds from another doc are you sure they didnt arrest her on a charge associated with her possessing pills from someone other than a doc? hope you didnt get railroaded to bad sweety, knowledge is power and if you know what they are doing to you its easier to help yourself out.
