Has anyone heard if the mt.pleasant facility is in need of pushing the sex offender treatment time to only 10 months now? I have a boyfriend in Mt. Pleasant awaiting to get into that program. He told me they are definatly making the time shorter for the program.Does anyone know why this would be? my boyfriend always hears these rumours but I never know what to believe.
I also am curious to find out if anyone else on PTO has any new information regarding Mt. Pleasant.

Sorry, but I haven't heard any new information regarding this. I do know that Vilsack just signed SF2275 to allow inmates to be eligible for parole after serving 70% of their time. I don't know if there is anything going on with sex offender program. Soryr. Good Luck!!!

HI, I just got home from seeing my guy at Mt. Pleasant. I asked him about this and he also said they were pushing them through faster than they were before. Don't know why though.
