ok...well..i just found out today that my judge signed a warrent for my arrest on a v.o.p. four weeks ago. i am planning on driving to the state of alabama and turning myself in during a annual hearing to review my probation...( im interstate compact, i live in fl.). do you think because im already on the docket for my probation the judge will resolve the warrent one way or the other? it is for a dirty urine....1 out of 15 in the last three years..... im 3/4 done with the probation and i paid all my fines and fees early and have also paid in full my supervision fees...... think the judge will put me in jail? i was going to ask to be early terminated.... any chance of it happening?:confused:

Is this the 1st violation ? if so I think you'll be fine no jail time . I don't know about getting off early .

well i have a bad record from when i was younger.... but they still used it against me when i got this probation...... i feel like even though i am not the person i once was i will be forever paying for it, when does it ever stop.
