You guys....I'm soooo excited!!! Ronnie finally got moved to the "prison" after 3 years. Finally when I am able to visit him after his classification and intake, I'll be able to hold the man of my dreams in my arms, and hug him.
I feel like that little cartoon guy..."I will love him and squeeze him and hold him and kiss him..." I can't wait!! He just got moved last Tuesday, so I haven't heard from him yet, but I know he has to be much happier where he is now, than where he was. Finally he'll be able to wear real shoes...that's all he has talked about since we got together, that when he got to MOCC he would be able to wear REAL SHOES!!
His birthday was this past Tuesday, the 4th, too bad I couldn't go see him, but I'm sure it was a good one anyway, getting to be where he was so anxious to get to.
The only thing that sucks is that the prison officials are telling me it could take 60-90 days before I get to see him...well, I guess God has granted me a little patience, since lunging into this situation, so I guess I can be patient for a little while longer!!!
BY THE WAY!!! We were comparing how much we are connected spiritually and emotionally, and we both wrote each other on the exact same day, and talked about the exact same thing....how freaky is that??? But the key point of this is that we were talking about how it will be a year that we have been together in just a short time, it doesn't feel like it has been that long at all. It seems like it was just yesterday that I looked into his blue eyes and heard him tell me that he loved me, and saw the huge smile on his face when I told him that I loved him too. I'm sooooo excited about his move and I can't wait to see him.
Have any of you ever felt that way? Like time has just flown by? Somedays it seems like forever, but others it seems like just seconds have gone by. I'm sure it's not just us. I wish all of you out there like me, loving a lifer, the best of luck and peace of mind, I pray for all of us everyday!! People often tell me that I must be a really strong person, and have lots of patience...they don't understand that it doesn't take strength or patience as long as you have strong love and devotion, but most importantly true love, because no matter the circumstances, true love will always withstand, and become stronger for it.
We are still looking for appeal issues in his transcripts to try and get his sentence reduced. But, only the Lord can tell. So we just keep praying and I ask all of you to pray for us too. Thank you!! LOVE TO YOU ALL!!!
