Hi if anyone has a loved one at CMC san luis obisbo can you see if they know of an inmate named Herbie Rascon? The CDC locator said they didnt have him in the computer and I only had his birth year of 1952. I also posted on the Lost in system forum. My BF really wants to find his Uncle.. any help would be appreciated! thanks:confused:

MY fiance is at CMC but at CMC they have 2 facilities. The East Facility is for Level III inmates and the West Facility houses Level I & II inmates.

Do you know which one he may be on?

If it makes you feel any better, I drove five hours for our family visit and they lost my husband. He had changed cells two days before -- a move that took him three cells down the line and they couldn't find him! I told the CO I bet they would find him at count time -- sure enough, two hours later they found him where he had been the whole time laying on his bunk beginning to panic that something had happened to me on the drive up or worse. By the time they finally put us both through all the appropriate hoops, I had lost three precious hours together.

Be sure that his name has not been changed in anyway like shortened, mothers maiden, nickname, etc. It has to be his legal given name. My Dad went by Herb, Herbert and Herbie, but his real name was Hubbard.

He's there and they will find him. They seem to experience more than usual computer failures there where the system goes down and things don't get updated or at least delayed. My hubbie is on East in B quad. I'll ask him and let you know if he has any info.
