Hey Hey Everyone!!
Just wanted to keep you all posted on Tele-Net and my number. Tony has added the number to his phone list and still can not get it to work :( I have called Tele-Net and they say its the prison phone system thats not letting him out *sigh* The prison gave Tony a number for me to call and I called Tele-Net with that number they knew who they were.
Odd thing is they are located here in Dallas area....(could go slap them a good one) :)
They have to add the Oklahoma number to their system.
Thats not a problem but getting ahold of them STINKS!
I have been on hold 4 diff times today I talked to them ONE time after a hour and 1/2 of hold...only to be told the "System" was down I needed to call back. I have now emailed them and am waiting on a reply before I start the calling again. Hope ya'll have better luck and with T-Netix on NOONE :) We shall see what happens now!
