If a prisoner has no tickets and has completed all required programs, can anything else affect their CR date? This is a first offense and he has served his minimum sentence. The Board recommended he be held for another two years, which would be his max date. Doesn't good time supersede parole recommendations?

All that I can say about this is that I have asked Teddy several times about his CR date. He assures me that unless he has any "major" violations he will be out on that date and it is almost guaranteed. I am skeptical that the parole board could not keep him in longer but he is sure that the CR is almost good to go!
