San Quentin. The staff need some help, when following their
own set of guidelines when it comes to releasing a inmate on
there parole dates. My girlfriend found out today that her
better half will not be released till Sunday. According
to Edward Messick who is a assistant to the Warden's office,
he said that there was a error in the Warden's signature. What? Sounds like someone used the wrong ink stamp on that one..... She however will be proceeding with
filing lawsuit papers against the Warden of San Quentin and
California Department of Corrections. All the heartache that
our prisons put the families through. And the inmates too.
So unfair, so deliberatly screwed. I hope and pray that other
families that have or might endure in the future will contact
a damn good attorney for the emotional distress that all of our
prisons here in California place upon us. And that they call any
media, whether T.V. newspapers, or radio's and whine and complain until they are heard. Suzi :blah:
