hmm, I'll just act like this is my first time here and nobody knows anything about me, ok?

So I'll be 22 in August. I'm originally from Belgium (the land of the chocolate, beer, Brussels sprouts and waffels, Manneke Pis,...). I speak Dutch, French, English, Belgian dialect. I understand some Spanish and Italian and want to learn as much languages as possible.
In 99 I met a guy in a chatroom and we fell in love. After 3 months I went to the Netherlands to move in with him. Because I didn't find a job for 6 months, I started writing prisoners.

In June 2002 I found a job as a collector for Dun & Bradstreet. But the departement I work on will be stopped at the end of June, so I'm kinda busy job hunting.

Anyway, a half year ago or something, I realized I had fallen in love with a guy I was writing, Darrell. This was never meant to happen, but you can't stop it. He's my sweet baby boy :D

I love children, have 2 baby brothers ( 8 and 2 years old). But that's not all, I'm from a big family. Have 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Some of my brothers and sisters already have children that are older then my own baby brothers. I love those 2 little ones (you can find a picture of them with my intro) hole heartly, and they are my number 1, together with Darrell. This means I'd die for them, I'll do anything to make them smile and I'll protect them as good as possible. My youth hasn't been all that great. My dad is an alcoholist and he gets very aggressive when he's drunk. Plus my mom seems to always manage to get him mad anyway, although she knows how he's like.

I don't have so much hobbies, my Pen Pals in prison website and writing 'my boys' keep me busy. Oh yeah, I'm addicted to tattoos. Have 3. Started with a rather small one, dragon in my neck. Then I got a lizard, on my left side, from right under my breast until my hipbone. And my 3rd on is a full sleeve of my right arm. if you want, I can show you some pictures?

That;s about it for now. I'm not that good at introducing myself, but it's something, huh?

You are such an interesting person. I sincerely hope that your sweetheart is transferred to the State of North Carolina and you will be able to come to visit.

Maybe we can get together if it is not too far away when he is moved here. I would love to sit down and just talk to you for awhile. Let me know when and where he is moved.

Thanks Donna for your sweet words! Have you seen Darrell's pictures with my introduction? Isn't he cute? Or are that just my hormons running up? :D I'm anxious to find out where he'll be moved to. If the information I have is correct, he'll be in Raleigh. Is that close to you?

Well, that tattoo on my arm alone took a total of 35 hours. The first one I got took 2 hours and the second one took almost 4 hours (pictures follow later). For some weird reason, I don't think it hurts at all. I love being tattooed. When working on my arm, most sessions lasted 5 hours in a row and I always felt sorry when it was finished...

I think I better put an update here? Well, what happened lately, I told Jordi, the guy I'm living with about Darrell, that I fell in love with him. So we decided to break up. I'll be moving out at the end of the month (was lucky enough to be able to take over the appartement of one of my collegues, who's moving to Australia) and we'll see what happens from there.
I've asked Darrell to try and get me on his visitors list asap. If all goes well, I'll be visiting him in July. I can't wait and only the thought makes me nervous!!

Oh yeah, I have a dot.com web site now too...www.confinedhope.com...but still under construction. I got a new program (dreamweaver) and don't know how to work with it hahahaha

it was really hard for me to just tell Jordi what was going on. He is my best friend and I hate to hurt people. But I've would have hurt him more if I'd keep this to myself any longer. And it was making me sick also, couldn't sleep, head aches and all that....so I'm glad I told him. We went to take a look at my new appartement yesterday. it's a nice place. if anyone ever is in Holland, feel free to drop by LOL

If you host has a "slow" modem could be the reason. I'm on cable internet which I've been clocked world wide at 2 1/2 times a 56K dial-up modem and you being on the other side of the world, might explain things???

No I didn't grow them. I got them from Jordi for my new house. Well these were virtual flowers, he told me he'll get me some real ones to put in my house. and since I have a garden, I will grow some myself too. I love flowers, but these colorful, bright sunflowers are really my favorites

I'm looking into becoming a piercer...this is my last week and I don't have another job yet :( But at least some vacation, so I will pick up my little brother to spend some time with me and then look for a job....

tomorrow will be my last day at work, so I might not be able to check PTO for a while, or at least not that often. I don't have another job yet, but will go to job agencies tomorrow. I'm also looking into studying again, on the open university. I will let you guys know

well ehh...im Tamara, proud owner of 10 tattoos so far (more to come...). the mistake i made was, after me first tatt, telling the tattoo guy "see ya later" instead of "thanx goodbye" :)
