I downloaded it off the site, but it is playing sketchy... like it misses spots, I will try it later but I do have it on a pentium 4 computer so it should run I do a lot of audio with no troubles, did you get a transcript as well Rhonda??

I changed audio players and it worked fine, if you have this trouble then try jukebox player by musicmatch it worked for me
real player gave me issues, you can try updating as I am not sure if I have the most recent version with the newer codecs.
