First off, in order to post a picture to a thread you have to hit the 'post reply' button. It's located at the right, either at the top of the thread, or at the right side of the last post. If you just type in the text window provided and hit the submit reply button, you won't be able to post a picture....you must go to the 'post reply' page.
Once you're on the reply page, it's really easy. Just below the message window you'll see an option that says "Attach File". Simply click the attach button, and point it to the image you want to upload from your computer, hit the submit reply button, and your image will upload.
If your image does not upload, it's for one of two reasons. It's not the right file size, or it's too big. Image's must be bmp, jpg's, or gif's and can be no larger than 100kb's. You can check the size of the image you want to upload easily by right clicking on the image and selecting 'properties'.
