Just wondering: what do you all do to stay in shape, or do you do anything? Anyone on any certain diet or what diets have you tried? I am doing it all the "old fashioned" way.... at least one hour a day on the treadmill and then one hour of weight training... uuuuugggghhhhhh plus I am trying to eat well.

I switched to drinking just water for awhile and that helped, but I got bored with that. I started drinking alot of soda again, but this week I found a diet soda that I can actually tolerate! I also am working on 4 different exercise programs.
