Thanks everyone. He'll call me this evening to let me know how it went, and we should receive the results by the end of the week.

PmeKay, I've passed the services information you provided to Daniel, and he will be contacting them. As far as my own involvement is concerned, I thought I would wait until after the results of the parole board before I made any contact with them. That way I would have more information as to when he would be released. Thank you so much for passing it on. I'll definitely let you know what the responses are.

Sincerely hope that it will be a positive decision. My son too comes up on November 19th. His hearing will be then, but it will take them a few days to decide.

Thought I was too late to pray, but since they haven't decided yet, here we go:

Oh Heavenly Father, we come into Your presence with thanksgiving and praise. All glory and honor is Yours. Lord, we know that You are in control of all things so we ask for Daniel's release today. Father let the parole board reach a favorable conclusion and release Daniel as soon as possible. Touch their hearts Lord so that they have mercy and compassion for Daniel. Forgive us our sins, seen and unseen because we know that our best is as filthy rags. Help us to be like Your Son Jesus. Renew our minds and create in us a new heart. Clean us up from head to toe. We ask the same for Donna's son Lord. Let the parole board hear his plea and answer it with freedom. Let Your anointing fall on the room where the hearing is held. Let Your presence fill the room and touch the hearts of all that are there. Satan, we bind you and cancel all the plans you have made for Daniel and Donna's son, in Jesus Name. Daniel did not make make his board. I don't know why they even bother having parole reviews when they have no intention of letting them out. It's just plain cruel. He CR's on January 2nd, 2003, though, so it's not all bad. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers everyone. It means a lot to me.

Sorry. I meant to say he CR's in 2004. Wishful thinking, I guess. :)

Oh I'm so scared of that feeling that you must be feeling right now:( It truly feels cruel-I'm sure it must, and like the ultimate letdown. You keep their parle reveiw date in your head and build it up and build it up....we haven't gone yet but Eddie and I are already living for July 2003, and I know we shouldn't. I'm so afraid of the disappointment. It feels like we've already had so much that you wonder how much more you can handle of it.......*sigh* but then you do I guess? right? You're doing it and we've done it before over other disappontments-it just sucks like you said! I'm sorry.
