Centerforce is hosting*its 5th Annual Inside/Out Summit "Models for Change -*Delivering Services to Those Affected by Incarceration".***

The* conference will take place at the San Francisco Airport Marriott, Burlingame, CA., September 11-15, 2004, including the Summit Pre-Course for Clinicians September 11-12, 2004.** The conference will identify*:

* successful models for delivery of services,**
* assess obstacles,**
* and brainstorm solutions for prevention and transitional services for individuals and their families prior to and upon release from incarceration.***
