Hello, my name is lisa and i would like to say hello. First of all i have a boyfreind who is in r.c.i. in ohio, when he was 19 he was sent. to serve 6-25 years and served 9, ok got out in 2001 and worked everyday didnt do drugs but hung around a bunch of crazy people who dealt drugs and was really making alot of money. Anyway,mikey was drinking and got drunk,did a home invasion and went back 5 months later,now he has to serve 8 and half years plus 3 years on a gun spec. He has served 3 years and in about 3 years filling for a judicail release, do you no if it is possible for him to get out. He is also on the old law for his parole,and new law for his recent conviction. He has a really law smart inmate telling him that he can, but everything i read in here it sounds like not too many get judicail, please help if you no any info on any thing!! thank you.
