*No longer avialable*

If any of you would like your own email account (forwarding) at PrisonTalk, just shoot me an email and I will set one up for you.
How it works is I setup "yourname@prisontalk.com". Whenever someone sends you an email to your prisontalk address it will forward the mail to you at your current email address.
Example... One of my Internet service provider email accounts is "davidfrisk@flash.net". I setup a forwarding email account called david@prisontalk.com . Whenever someone sends an email to david@prisontalk.com it will show up on my davidfrisk@flash.net account when I check my mail.

This may be beneficial to some for reasons such as LONG email names with numbers like you find in hotmail, yahoo mail and other email accounts that have a bunch of people. Remembering a simple address is much easier than a LONG one.
Another plus is that you may switch email accounts in the future because you could not transfer your old one. Your prisontalk account can be modified at any time to point to a new email account while keeping the same account here.

If you would like your own prisontalk email account, all you need to do is send me an email with the name you want to use in front of the "@prisontalk.com" and the email address you want to receive the mail at.
If for some reason someone already has the name you want to use, I will let you know and you can change it up a bit..
Accounts will be setup on a first-come, first-served basis! SO! If you want to use only your first name or something that may be popular in the future.. Jump on it sooner than later!

David

David, you mentioned that to me one time and I said I wanted an account forwarded. Did you do that? Can I now use the new E-mail address?

Just wondering.

I think I should also add that you must be a Registered Prison Talk Online member to receive a prisontalk email account.

I would also like to offer @prisontalk.com email forwarding accounts for inmates! If you have a family member or friend in prison and would like to give him a personal email account that forwards to your own, please send me an email and I will be happy to set one up for you.

Please send me the name you would like to use and the email address it should forward to. I would like to request that you use a last name with the first, or a last initial.. OR some variation.

EMAIL QUESTION

David, I don't know if I signed up and received an email address with prisontalk.com but if I did, it would be kaylee@prisontalk.com

So, if I did sign up for kaylee@prisontalk.com, will it work if I post that address, kaylee@prisontalk.com, all over my personal website instead of using the address to whatever private pop email I'm using that I have to keep changing everytime I move?

And if I use my prison talk address to forward to a pop account that I do have to change, can I change my forwarding address with prison talk so I can still use kaylee@prisontalk.com on my website?

Whew....
Kay Lee
