Hello All! What a supportive and informative site this is. I have been visiting for a couple weeks and decided to join. My father is being held on a federal warrant. He was arrested in January and still has not been charged. They have been bouncing him around from place to place. Last I heard from him on Saturday he was in Oklahoma City. We believe he is going to SeaTac for a medical evaluation but cannot be sure. How long can he be held without being formally charged? Thank you in advance for any information!
