This petition is set up to influence changes and reform in DOC and the way they are currently working! This would change the Truth and Lending Laws from must serve 85% to a drastic change of 50%! Please contact me if you need more information! This would definatly get the change we need this year and post pone the moving of inmates to TX and Oklahoma to temporarily relieve the overcrowding issue! HELP ME PLEASE! Go here to sign!

Look for Sentencing Mandates/Mandatory Minimum Change!

Are you sure about the name of the law? I thought it was called "Truth in Sentencing"?

Just curious.

Hey Windensgrl, I sure hope you were not offened that I asked  I figured it was something like that. I have been wondering if there is any way to correct the wording on the petition, or would you have to start from scratch and get everyone to sign again? I just think it won't do as much good, ya know?

Obviously I want my man home too, he still has over 2 years on a 10 year (serving 8 1/2) and ANY time cut would be great.

Keep up the good fight!!!

My ex is in Safford and due to be released in August. After 4years. I will gladly sign, Arizona needs to relook their laws, and do things to prevent overcrowding, such as great ideas like this! I wish you all the luck in the world!
