Frank met w/ his case worker at NCI this morning---He said she was REALLY pissed off that the reception center case worker dropped the ball on his parole transfer. She called them and had words while he was there :) We have now lost 3 weeks!! So they sat down and got it done and sent. Minnesota has to have the packet returned to Ohio within 45 days. we are pushing everyone to get it done sooner. So we are hoping and praying that it will be done in less than 38!! Frank said as long as he can be home for Christmas....We will bug them and haunt them to see that everything is expedited through!! So far everyone has been more than willing to answer any questions and help me with what I can do on this end to help it go better.

So they visit the house? To check what? Time to get cleaning huh? <heehee> Hopefully my children wont terrorize him/her while they are here :)

Kmeg, I'm so glad your posted the update. It seems like you have someone who is going to be on the ball there for you...(well at least now!);)

I'm not really a betting person, but if I was I'd bet that you and your family will have a WONDERFUL Christmas...TOGETHER!
