Do any of ya'll know when they do updates on the parole hearing dates on the website???? Also...if you called the 800#...is it more updated than the website? Someone gave me the 800# the other day...but when I called...it wasn't the right #...so if anyone knows it...please let me know!!!
Also...anybody heard anything else on the whole situation (About having to release 600 by June???) Just wondering!!!

The parole hearing dates on the site are updated randomly, you never know when, but it's most likely that he will find out the date long before it ever appears on the website.

Not sure about how often they update the future hearings (held hearings get updated that day, generally). The 800# is 1-888-726-9799.

as far as the 600 being released i think they are doing that in a fashion similar to Christmas, they really dont want to ruin the eliment of surprise so they are gonna give it to us all at one time, just one day they are gonna open the gates and release 600....*giggle* i hardly believe them when they say anything

my honey got his parole hearing notice only 2 days before it was posted online.... so i guess theyre doing pretty well at updating the website in a timely manner

I saw that Mike was up for parole on that website, a few days before he got his letter from them, I didn't tell him because I wasn't sure if they would put it off before he got his letter or what. But I did find out before he did, so I guess it just depends on when they update the list, but I dont know how often they update them.

sorry dont know how to link it but its alabama board of pardons and paroles. i wish they would open the gates and let them out. my husband knew about 3 weeks before it was posted on the site by a visitor from the letter from the parole board then a visit in prison a week later. good luck to all that are up.Selena did you get the phone situation fixed let me know what happened.

miss N U...nope. I called that number you gave me and they just asked me what my phone # was and then said they weren't billing anything to my # (DUH!!) Then I told them that a friend of mine told me that she has service with them...and they asked me UR phone #...I said "I have NOOO idea!!" So...I don't know what I'm gonna do. I thought about seeing if my phone company could add another # to our line (and bill it to ME at my po box) and I'd have collect calling on mine..I don't even know if you can do that or not!! :( I just really wanna talk to him! Do you (or anyone else) know what company Limestone goes through???? (Dude asked me that too...but again...I have nooo idea!!) :)

call limestone and ask them, otherwise someone will be along with that info. also theres a pop up on ths site i think boyfriends send them an e mail and ask how there service works, tell them you dont have service and need it. i emailed but the rate was almost the same. let me know how you make out and we'll think of something, they said they do cell phones too maybe you can get a pre paid and add it to there but not sure.

haven't heard anything on that either. Kevin went Monday and Tuesday but he (the captain) was busy and told him to come back Thursday. He went Thursday and he told him to come on Monday (there were some "important" people there looking around or something...I don't know) Kevin said he put in another special request (in case he can't do his list on Monday and can't have it approved by Sunday)...he is sooo stupid ;) he put on there that his "baby mother may be joining the service" and that he wants to see me. I'm thinkin'...you crazy man!!!! :) But I love my crazy man and I'm just happy he's bustin' his a$$ to get me there!!!

I'm better now. I lost him in November...I had just found out he was gonna be a boy...just what Kevin wanted!! :( I had some problems with my cysts on my ovaries but...I had a really big blood clot inbetween the lining of my uterus and the baby...and my doc told me that if he done away with the clot...I'd lose him. But...if I didn't do something about it...me and him both could die during delivery. After long thought and talks with my family...I decided to make the hardest decision of my life. Me and Kevin were still broke up at the time...but when I found him and we got back together...I told him about it. He was really supportive (I thought he'd be mad and say I killed the baby or something)...but he said "Boo....we can make another baby...but I can never have another you." So...I love him for that. He put in so many special requests after he found out "we" lost our son...but Mrs. Jones denied every one of them...and told him that I could come when he could change his list (April 10th)...but then...she denied them too. Thats why he's goin' through the captain. He's told him our situation and the captain seems like he cared (who knows) so we are hoping this is it.

oh girl how awful i felt pain just reading it, but he is right. you can try again, i have read all of your post but never or hardly ever replied. i wasnt sure how you hadnt said. thats a hard thing to go through. you should have had your visit then, are you better now. i have had cyst removd caused major cramps. but you made the right decison and im glad he supported you that says alot about him.

Yeah..I'm alright. They won't do anything about the cysts...just gave me some darvacets (them things are sooo weak) :) he said they would come up every month and then rupture and so on. BUT...after I lost my baby boy...I haven't had a problem with them. What is a man's cut off for kids (LOL...I mean...is there a certain age to where they can't make em anymore?) Kevin is 33 and I'm 22...so he keeps sayin'..."if we can't make em on our own...we'll go to a doctor...okay" he is so crazy...I swear.
But thanks for asking. Him...my sister...and my best friend have all helped me so much in getting through it. My mom and dad don't really talk about it alot. He (our son) would've been born last month...so that was a hard one for me...but I'm okay...I got him and he's got me. We'll make the rest of our family really soon hopefully.

well girl here i am another night, heard tomorrow they will release bunches so pray. to answer your question even at 33 kevin still has tons of fishes in hin Lol you deplete a lot older than him so it will happen. as for me i have kids and got them tubies tied and guess what just got them untied and boom right after jimmy went to prison, i too am waiting for my tools to get home and go to work. i am praying for another baby. i am 38 1/2 so my clock isnt ticking its booming loudly. got 2 bad teeth so i have a sore mouth. started a root canal tuesday still sore though so i will be on for a while missing my baby. me to if he was here i wouldnt be on here but i would b up. lol knew you'd check in here so i thought i'd holla. well keep your fingers crossed for tomorrow and i will too. and by the way i love your name selena is so pretty. will i will checl back later and see if your in here

Just to let everyone know I know of atleast 5 people who had hearings late last year and they are coming back up for hearings at the end of this month and the beginnig of next, so that gives me hope that maybe they will do something right and soon we can have our men home where they belong..

aT THE CONVENTION THIS WEEKEND CYNTHIA DILLARD STATED THAT THEY ARE CAUGHT UP ON ALL SPECIAL NONVOLIENT. NOW THEY ARE 22MONTHS BEHIND ON ALL CASES THAT HAS VICTIEMS. the problems being that they have to contact them ,if the people have left and not forwarded an address they have to keep searching until they find them. if the person is deceased they have to search for next of kin.

Vicki Does the new legislature bill that the sentencing commission has going put an end to this endless waiting for victim notification..I understood it to mean that if the Victim does not answer in a timely fashion (or that the board sets a timeline like 30days to anser) that the board can go ahead and schedule the inmate's parole hearing with out the vitims being present? Also I am told that those inmates who's victims have been notified and have answered are held up until all the previous fellas victims have come forwward..Does anyone know how true this is..that is they cannot take someone ahead of another inmate..that they must go in chronlogical order and cannot deviate from this order..

The only thing it does is stop the "endless search" for people..they will send notification to the last known address and wait 30 days. (if it passes and it looks like it will) but it does nothing for the back log...Kenny is violent offender, parole hearing date was October 2003...nothing yet..in october they told me they were running 12 months behind...January told me 16 months behind...today Vicki said 22 months behind...how crazy is that..Kenny will EOS in 21 months...the heck with the parole board..Kenny and I are both sick of even thinking about them and there BULL...Besides that, i believe he will be better off just to EOS and get a clean cut from the Whole system...

Okay Then I did get the meaning of the bill correct and yes Shellee hearing is Oct 03 also...and for her to EOS would mean at least 6 more years in Prison and she then would have the 7 years split to finish once she is on the outside which makes a total term of 13 more years in the prsion system...Yuck..Like you I have been told the same info with the 12, then 15months and now the 22 months this is totally rediculous! If and when they pass this bill will it take effect immediately or will it not go into effect till October of this year?
We still have not heard from her WorkRelease Appeal..maybe in a week or so and it will be good news. I pray for her sake she gets it this time as her child support debit gets bigger and bigger while the baby's father lays on his fat aa** getting off scott free!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrr wish he would go out on work release, but from what I hear he seems destin to spend a long time behind bars.
